When our Smithi 2012 was launched, we said this about it: Our four-lined kite Smithi is actually a little sensation. It can be stopped suddenly, steered in all directions, even backwards (!), makes super tight spins without loosing altitude and with a little practice it can fly sideways! ... This is made possible by an clever bridle system and one-way valves as intakes, which prevents the air from escaping abruptly.
And yet it's more: in addition to a few minor changes in the geometry, we have given them a modern profile support. This makes them more efficient in dynamic flight with even better feedback. The bridle can now be adjusted to different wind speeds and preferences of the pilot by a knot ladder.
